Abstract Objective To establish a multi-disciplinary structured three-level nursing rounds model and explore its clinical value.Methods A total of 10 clinical nursing units of our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by cluster sampling method, each with 5 units.There were 82 nurses in the control group and 86 nurses in the observation group.The traditional three-level nursing rounds were used in the control group, and the multi-disciplinary structured three-level nursing rounds were used in the observation group.The ability of critical thinking, the level of specialized knowledge and the satisfaction of nursing service of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of critical thinking ability and specialized knowledge theory (P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of critical thinking ability and specialized knowledge theory in the observation group were higher than before riter uention and that in the control group, and the patients′ satisfaction of nursing service was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-disciplinary structured three-level nursing rounds can improve the critical thinking ability and professional knowledge level of nurses, improve the quality of nursing services, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.
