Clinical effect of femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification for cataract |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification for cataract.Methods Sixty cases (64 eyes)of cataract patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group,30 cases(32 eyes)in each group.Conventional cataract phacoemulsification was performed in the conventional group,and femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification was performed in the experimental group,relevant intraoperative indicators,naked visual acuity>0.5 and the incidence of intraocular lens deviation were compared between the two groups.Results The diameter of anterior capsulotomy in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group,the ring tension of the capsule was higher than that in the conventional group,and the size of the capsule was smaller than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The naked visual acuity >0.5 in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group and 1 day after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraocular lens deviation in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group 1 day and 1 month and 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraocular lens deviation was higher in the experimental group 1 and 6 months after operation than that in the 1 day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification for cataract patients can improve the related indicators,improve the visual acuity level of patients,and reduce the incidence of intraocular lens deviation.It is worthy of clinical application.
