综合护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复及满意度的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the recovery of social function and nursing satisfaction in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods Sixty-two inpatients who underwent rehabilitation after acute treatment were enrolled in our hospital from November 2016 to August 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 31 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with psychiatric routine nursing+comprehensive nursing intervention;patients in the control group were treated with psychiatric routine nursing intervention;social function recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in social function recovery before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05).The scores of social disability screening schedule（SDSS） and morningside rehabilitation status scale（MRSS） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).SDSS and MRSS scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia in the convalescent stage in the observation group (96.77%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.97%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion During the period of receiving schizophrenia patients, the implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions has a significant effect on the recovery of patients′ social function and satisfaction.
