| Diagnostic value of MRI and X-ray on occupying breast lesions |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of MRI and X-ray photography in occupying breast lesions.Methods From December 2014 to December 2016,174 patients diagnosed as occupying breast lesions in Liaoyang Certral Hospital of Liaoning Province were selected as the subjects,and examined by MRI and X-ray,and finally verified by histopathology.There were 107 benign cases and 67 cases were malignant.The diagnostic value of MRI and X-ray on occupying lesions of breast were analyzed.Results Among benign occupying breast lesions,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI(100.0%)was higher than that of X-ray accounting (79.4%).Among malignant cases,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI(100.0%)was higher than that of X-ray accounting(77.6%).The overall diagnostic accuracy of MRI(100.0%)was much higher than that of X-ray(78.7%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and X-ray can be used in the clinical diagnosis of occupying breast lesions,and the diagnostic value of MRI is higher after comparison,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
