| Therapeutic effect analysis of cluster nursing combined with routine nursing in children with Kawasaki disease |

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of cluster nursing combined with routine nursing in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods84 patients with kawasaki disease admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to July 2017 were selected,and were divided into control group and study group according to the single and double number method,with 42 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was carried out,and the study group was combined with cluster nursing on the basis of this nursing,and the improvement of clinical indicators and the patient′s family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe CRP content and white blood cell content of the study group were less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Team average defervescence time,length of hospital stay of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),the parents satisfaction of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe combination of intensive care and routine nursing can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with Kawasaki disease,improve the family care satisfaction of children,shorten the recovery time,is worthy of clinical selection and comprehensive promotion.
