ObjectiveTo study and analyze the clinical effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.MethodsFrom May 2015 to June 2016,84 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease received by the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 patients in each group.Control group of patients were given ward regularly disinfected and observing vital signs such as routine nursing care,observation group was given the new hospital,hospital nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control groip,the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsTreatment efficiency of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,SDS and SAS scores of patient of two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);SDS and SAS scores of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor chronic pelvic inflammation disease patients,implementation of psychological nursing intervention can obtain a remarkable clinical efficacy and increase the therapeutic effectiveness rate,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
