Effect of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection of cervix and its effect on the immune factors associated with microecological environment |

Abstract Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the treatment of high risk HPV infection of the cervix and the influence on the immune factors related to the microecological environment.Methods A total of 8417 patients with high-risk HPV infection of the cervix were treated in our hospital in May 2016 to August 2017,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.In the control group,4205 cases were treated with Recombinant human interferon α-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules and 4212 cases in the observation group were treated with Recombinant human interferon α-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules,the therapeutic effect of two groups and the changes of immune factors related to microecological environment were statistically compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The level of IL-4 in the microenvironment of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the levels of IFN-γ and IL-12 were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules adjuvant therapy for cervical high-risk HPV infection can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the level of immune factors related to microecological environment.
