超声引导下星状神经节阻滞联合药物治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果观察

Abstract Objectives To study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block (SGB)combined drugs in the treatment of cervicogenic headache (CEH).Methods Thirty patients of CEH treated in our hospital from June to December in 2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into control and observation groups,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug therapy,and the observation group performed ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block therapy on the basis of drug therapy in the control group.The results were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than that in the control group for 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group([3.62±0.21]points)was significantly lower than the control group ([5.13±1.20]points),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided by stellate ganglion block combination of drugs in the treatment of neck source sex have a headache effect significantly,can effectively alleviate symptoms of pain,has the high security,which is worth popularizing applied to clinical.
