康复护理联合针灸在脑出血术后后遗症患者康复中的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined moxibustion on rehabilitation of postoperative sequelae after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Fifty patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research object,and divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group by different random methods.The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing methods.based on the nursing in the control group,the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and acupuncture treatment.finally,the motor function and motivation of daily life of the patients before and 3,6 and 12 months after nursing were evaluated.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The motor function scores of the two groups of patients at 3,6,12 months after treatment were all higher than those before nursing,and the motor function scores of the observation group of patients at 3,6,12 months after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of daily living ability between the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of daily living ability of the two groups of patients at 3,6,and 12 months after nursing were all higher than those before nursing,and the scores of daily living ability of the observation group of patients at 3,6,and 12 months after nursing were all significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture can significantly improve the daily life ability of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,accelerate the recovery of limb function,and which is worthy of clinical promotion.
