中药温阳活血方辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的可行性分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Wenyanghuoxue Prescription of Chinese medicine auxiliarily treating chronic heart failure,and to explore its rationality and applicability.MethodsFifty patients with heart failure patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 and December 2017 were selected and the patients were divided into the control group(n=25)and treatment group(n=25).The control group was treated with traditional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with self-made Wenyanghuoxue Prescription based on the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group　(P＜0.05).The value of left ventricular ejection fraction　(LEVF)in the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the value of LEVF in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The level of brain natriuretic peptide　(BNP)after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the level of BNP in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group　(P＜0.01).ConclusionThe effect of Wenyanghuoxue Prescription of Chinese medicine auxiliarily treating chronic heart failure is good,and it can obviously improve the LEVF,BNP of patients.For the patients with heart failure,the treatment of Wenyangyiqi based on western medicine is more obvious and worth promoting.
