窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆对儿童龋齿的预防效果观察

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of fissure sealant combined with fluoride protective paint on prevention of dental caries in children.Methods A total of 120 children aged 6 to 10 years admitted to Pingxiang MCH from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into group A,group B and control group,40 cases in each group.Children in group A were treated with pit and fissure sealant for prophylaxis and treatment.Children in group B were treated with pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride protective paint for prophylaxis and treatment.Children in control group were routinely brushied.All subjects were followed up,the incidence of caries in children and the incidence of caries in the adjacent cavities,as well as the detachment of children in group A and B were compared.Results After follow-up,the incidence of dental caries was 12.50%in group A and 8.00%in group B,which were significantly better than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of caries in group A was 6.00%.The incidence of caries in the adjacent group in group B was 2.00%,which were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months,both groups of children′s blocking agent remained intact.After 12 months,7 cases in group A appeared partial shedding,while the children in group B remained intact.After 24 months,14 cases in group A appeared partial shedding,accounting for 35.0%,9 cases were completely detached,accounting for 22.5%,maintaining the complete rate of 42.5%.There were 3 cases of partial detachment in group B,accounting for 7.5%.There was no complete detachment,and the complete rate was 92.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride protective paint in the prevention of dental caries in children can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries in children and the incidence of dental caries.The exact effect is achieved.At the same time,the sealant maintains a higher completeness rate and has a better preventive effect.
