Abstract Objective To explore the nursing intervention of thoracoscopic lung cancer radical mastectomy and its effect on the complications of anesthesia recovery.Methods From August 23,2015 to April 11,2017,70 patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer underwent radical surgery were selected as the subjects,and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing models,35 cases in each group.The control group was given basic intervention,and the observation group took the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of arrhythmia (0.00%),hypoxemia (2.86%),agitation(5.71%)and gastrointestinal discomfort(8.57%)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Social relations,physical life,psychological status,physiological function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer radical resection,effective nursing interventions can improve the quality of service and reduce the complications of anesthesia recovery.
