食管、胃双源癌外科治疗的研究进展

Abstract Esophageal and gastric cancer refers to the location independent primary tumor of the esophagus and stomach.Reconstruction of digestive tract after tumor resection is difficult,clinical treatment of patients with esophageal cancer and gastric cancer,most used non surgical treatment.This paper based on the clinical experience and reading reports,summarize the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer and gastric cancer in clinic.For different parts of the concurrent cancer of esophagus and stomach cancers,choosing a different surgical approach and reconstruction of digestive organs to make the surgical treatment of esophageal and gastric cancer.
