Effect of angiotensin converting inhibitor assist hormone in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of angiotensin converting inhibitor assist hormone in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 60 primary nephrotic syndrome patients treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected as study objects.All patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,and each group was 30 cases.The control group was treated with hormone and the experimental group was treated with angiotensin converting inhibitor assist hormone.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than that in control group(50.00%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of 24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the level of plasma albumin after treatment in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of 24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine after treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the level of plasma albumin after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reaction in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.67%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome is better.
