莫沙必利配合结肠水疗机治疗慢性功能性便秘的效果观察

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Mosapride combined with colon hydrotherapy machine in the treatment of chronic functional constipation(CFC).Methods According to random number table method,106 patients with CFC in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group was 53 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with Mosapride 5 mg, 3 times a day,patients in the observation group were treated with colon cleansing with JCJ-1 colon hydrotherapy machine on the basis of the control group,3 times a week,both groups was treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,4 weeks recurrence rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups were compared respectively.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(98.1%)was obviously higher than that of the control group(73.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The 4 weeks recurrence rate of the control group(15.1%)was obviously higher than that of the observation group(3.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 11.3%and 9.4%respectively,there was no significant difference between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Mosapride combined with colon hydrotherapy machine in the treatment of CFC is better than simple drug treatment.It is comfort and safety,and can be widely used in clinical application.
