| Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer after total lung resection and bronchial fistula |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer after total lung resection and bronchial fistula.Methods 24 cases with lung cancer complicated with bronchial fistula after total lung resection treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,12 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional nursing measures,while observation group was given targeted systematic and comprehensive nursing measures.Mortality,hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate in patients between two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,12 patients were cured,the cure rate was 100.00%;the control group 8 cases were cured,2 patients died,the cure rate was 66.66%;length of stay of the observation group of patients was(31.6±6.2)d,the incidence of postoperative complications was 8.33%,patients in the control group the hospitalization time was(40.1±7.5)d,postoperative complication rate was 50.01%,and the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P＜0.05),the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05),the incidence of complications was significantly less than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with bronchial pleural fistula can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the mortality.
