Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on surgical stress response in operation room patients.Methods96 operation room patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were included in the study,and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group receivedroutine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing intervention,stress reaction effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe two groups of comparison,interview before and before anesthesia compared with control group,SAS and SDS were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the observation group before interview with SAS and SDS before anesthesia score had no significant difference(P>0.05);comparison between groups,visit the two groups before SAS and SDS score no significant difference(P>0.05),but before anesthesia in the observation group SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),before anesthesia,observe the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and epinephrine were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing intervention,patients in the observation group on nursing satisfaction (97.92%)was significantly higher than the control group(79.17%),the difference was statistically significant specific(P<0.05).ConclusionGiven the operation room comprehensive nursing intervention on surgical treatment of patients,can effectively reduce the surgical stress response of patients,alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,more safety.
