Abstract ObjectiveTo address the application value of mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography(CDU)combined with MRI for early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods120 patients with early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects;all the patients had been confirmed by postoperative pathology and had received:mammography,CUD and MRI preoperatively;the preoperative examination results and postoperative pathological findings were analyzed comparatively.ResultsAmong the 120 patients,106 had infiltrating duct carcinoma,3 had intraductal carcinoma,6 had infiltrating lobular carcinoma,3 had mucinous adenocarcinoma,and 2 had medullary carcinoma.100 patients were detected with mammography,accounting for the diagnose accordance rate of 83.3%;96 patients were detected by CDU,accounting for the diagnose accordance rate of 80.0%;102 patients were detected by MRI,accounting for the diagnose accordance rate of 85.0%;116 patients were detected by mammography and CDU combined with MRI,accounting for the diagnose accordance rate of 96.7%.The diagnosis accordance rate was higher with the combination of the 3 examinations than with any single examination(P<0.05).ConclusionMammography and CDU combined with MRI could significantly improve the diagnosis rate of early breast cancer,supporting its further clinical application.
