氯丙嗪治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chlorpromazine in the treatment of gravidarum hyperemesis.Methods 60 patients with gravidarum hyperemesis from June 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the way of drawing.The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy.The patients in the observation group were treated with Chlorpromazine.The total effective rate after treatment,the SAS score before and after treatment,the incidence rate of adverse reactions and hospital stay in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 70%of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the SAS score before treeatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).The SAS score after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.3%,which was lower than 23.3%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Chlorpromazine in the treatment of gravidarum hyperemesis is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of vomiting,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and shorten the treatment time,and which is worthy of promotion and application.
