| Clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of patients w ith tuberculous lym ph nodes |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and the adverse reaction of Kangfuxin liquid in adjuvant treatment of lymphoid tuberculosis patients.M ethods88 cases of lymphoid tuberculosis patients in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given Ethambutol,Li Fuping,pyrazinamide,Isoniazid and Streptomycin intramuscular injection for antituberculous therapy,while the observation group were given the Kangfuxin Liquid treatment on the basis treatment of the control group.Treatment for one year,the total efficiency of the two groupswas recorded.With two years′follow-up,the recurrence rate,the adverse reactions rate of the two groupswere compared.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group was 97.73%,the total efficiency of the control group was 81.82%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the follow-up showed that the recurrence rate and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionFor lymphoid tuberculosis patients,Kangfuxin Liquid can accelerated lymphatic absorption,rapidly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the adverse reactions of antituberculosis drugs reduce the recurrence rate,the clinical effect is safety and reliable,it′sworth promoting.
