PICC置管输液在极低出生体重儿中的临床效果研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)infusion in very low birth weight infants.M ethods132 very low birth weight infants in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatmentmethod,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was given peripheral superficial venous indwelling needle,while the observation group was given PICC.The ductal indwelling time,the incidence of complication,hospital stays and average speed of weight increasing were compared between two groups.ResultsThe ductal indwelling time in the observation group[(20.02±2.32)d]was longer than that in the control group [(7.56±0.95)d],the incidence of complication (12.12%)was lower than that in the control group(77.27%),the hospital stays[(37.5±2.34)d]was shorter than that in the control group[(43.12±3.10)d],the average speed ofweight[(20.36±4.12)g/d]was faster than that in the control group[(15.31±4.17)g/d],and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.01).ConclusionImplemented in very low birth weight via peripheral vein in central venous catheter infusion treatment process,the implementation of clinical complications early warning treatment intervention,can control the occurrence of complications,reduce undesirable stimulation,shorten the hospitalization days,satisfactory growth in children with weight,than the iv infusion effect is significant,worthy of discussion and clinical application.
