| Diagnostic value of serum CRP and PCT detection in neonatal septicemia |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in neonatal sepsis.Methods40 patients with neonatal sepsis and 40 healthy newborns(normal group)were enrolled in our hospital from January to December 2016,and serum CRP,PCT test,statistical analysis of two groups of neonatal test results and diagnosis of positive status.were compared.ResultsThe sepsis group serum CRP and PCT levels were significantly higher compared with the normal group,the sepsis group with CRP,PCT detection and combined detection of positive positive rate was significantly higher compared with normal group;CRP,PCT in children with septicemia group,the positive rate of combined detection with CRP,PCT was significantly higher than single detection of positive phase,he positive rate of children with septicemia group interim PCT CRP and PCT,the positive rate of combined detection and early recovery stage were significantly higher,the difference has statistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe combination of serum CRP and PCT in neonatal sepsis is excellent.
