| Clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome |

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate and Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (HDIP).MethodsFrom January 2014 to December 2016,100 patients with HDIP in our hospital for treatment were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group (50 patients,Magnesium Sulfate Injection)and observation group (50 patients,Magnesium Sulfate Injection+Nifedipine Tablets)by random number table.Before and after treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure,24 h urine protein quantitation,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit and plasma viscosity were statistically compared,the clinical total efficiency of two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,24 h urine protein and erythrocyte aggregation index of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);all the above indicators in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the observation group (94%)was higher than that of the control group (78%)(P＜0.05).ConclusionTreatment of HDIP with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms,control blood pressure,urinary protein level and erythrocyte aggregation index,thereby increasing oxygen content and promoting clinical effect,so it is worth popularizing vigorously
