Observation the effect of health care integrated health education model in improving health education satisfaction effect of department of hematology |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of health care integrated health education model in chemotherapy patients in department of Hematology.Methods230 patients with chemotheraoy were selected from May to June 2016 in our department as objects.116 patients were selected as control group in May,and 114 patients were selected as observation group in June.Patients in control group were used routine nursing model for health education,and patients in observation group were used health care integrated health education model.After a week in hospital,health education satisfaction and acquisition of health knowledge in two groups were compared.ResultsThe satisfaction and passing rate of health education knowledge in observation group were respectively 98.25%and 90.35%,which were respectively 94.82%and 75.86%in control group,and the differences between two groups were significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe factors that affected health education effect include nurses and patients,and the knowledge level of nurses has direct relationship with health education effect.Using health care integrated health education model,which makes nurse and doctor work together,can improve nursing knowledge level,communication skills and health education consciousness and has meaning in improving health education satisfaction effect.
