Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate clinical value of laparoscopy in treatment for cholelithiasis.Methods112 patients with cholelithiasis were selected in hospital from October 2015 to October 2016,who were divided into two groups by random number table method.56 patients received:open surgery as control group.56 patients received laparoscopic surgery as observation group.Operation indications, postoperative recovery and complications were compared between two groups.ResultsOperation time[(103.2±14.8)min,intraoperative blood loss[(11.6±2.3)ml],postoperative hospitalization time [(7.3±1.2)d]in observation group were less than those in control group[(117.9±15.1)min,(45.8±6.2)ml,(10.9±1.8)d].Stone extraction rate (100.0%)in observation group was higher than that in control group (92.9%).Postoperative exhaust time[(28.6±1.9)h],postoperative defecation time[(35.8±2.6)h],postoperative bed time[(41.6±2.2)h]in observation group were earlier than control group[(34.7±2.8),(43.5±3.1),(52.8±2.5)h].Complication rate(1.8%)in observation was lower than that in control group(12.5%).Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic surgery has significant effect in treatment for cholelithiasis, which has the characteristics of smaller trauma, faster postoperative recovery and higher safety.
