生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo probe into the clinical effects of Somatostatin combined with Pantoprazole in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)and influence of inflammatory factor.Methods84 cases of patients with SAP and who accepted treatments in our hospital from September 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group of 42 cases and the observation group of 42 cases by the different treatment methods.The control group were given Pantoprazole on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with pantoprazole combined with Somatostatin.Then,the treatment effect and the level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment of two groups of patients were compared.ResultsThe results showed that the total effective rate in the ob servation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those in the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Somatostatin combined with Pantoprazole in the treatment of SAP are exact,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,promote the improvement of symptoms,thus it is worth promoting.
