紫草联合虎杖泡制油防治PVC所致静脉炎的疗效观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Lithospermum combined with Polygonum Cuspidatum infused oil preventing and treating phlebitis caused by PVC.Methods62 cases of PVC-induced phlebitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 and May 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=31)and observatiom gropu (n=31).The control group was treated with 25%of Magnesium Sulfate for wet compress,and the observation group was treated with Lithospermum combined with Polygonum Cuspidatum infused oil.The treatment effect and treatment satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than that of the control group (64.52%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than that of the control group(67.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).ConclusionLithospermum combined with Polygonum Cuspidatum infused oil preventing and treating PVC-induced phlebitis can effectively improve the clinical effect and Its clinical value is worthy of recognition.
