个性化护理对住院精神分裂症患者心理康复的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application value of personalized nursing intervention in the psychological rehabilitation for hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods72 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were provided with the routine nursing in the hospital,while patients in observation group were provided with personalized nursing intervention.The levels of activities of daily living, mental health status and satisfaction with nursing of patients were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,there was no significantly different between the ADL scores in two groups(P＞0.05);after 3,6 months of intervention,the ADL scores of observation group was lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).Before intervention,there were no significantly different among the scores of indexes in SCL-90 in two groups(P＞0.05);after intervention,the scores of indexes in SCL-90 in observation group was lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The satisfaction with nursing of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).ConclusionThe personalized nursing intervention measures for inpatients with schizophrenia can improve patients′activities of daily living,mental health status and satisfaction with nursing.It is worthy of clinical application.
