中枢神经炎症反应在术后认知功能障碍中作用的研究

Abstract Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is one of the common complications after surgery,which is more common in elderly patients.POCD mainly shows the decline in memory capacity,inattention and other cognitive function changes after the surgery.In severe cases,the patients may show personality changes and/or decline in social-behavior ability.At present,the pathogenesis of POCD has not been clear.In recent years,most studies have suggested that central nervous inflammatory response plays an important role in POCD.Therefore,this article will mainly review on the major risk factors of POCD,and potential mechanism of central nervous inflammatory reactions in POCD,as well as prevention and treatment measures.
