卵巢低反应预测指标及治疗方法的研究进展

Abstract Ovarian response refers to the ability of ovaries responding to exogenous gonadotropins and to develop follicles during ovulation induction.Studies have shown that the incidence of poor ovarian response is about 20%in ovulation induction.There are many factors influencing on ovarian response including age,number of antral follicles,basal hormone levels,anti-mullerian hormone (AMH),and ovarian stromal flow,etc..In patients with poor ovarian response,many therapeutic methods can be used,but with an unfavorable effect.This paper reviewed the predictive index and treatment methods of poor ovarian response.
