Effect com parison of the water sac combined with oxytocin and oxytocin in term pregnancy induced labor |

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze and compare the effect of water sac combined with oxytocin and oxytocin alone on term pregnancy induced labor,provide theoretical guidance and basis for induced labor for full term pregnancy in clinic.MethodsFrom June 2015 to June 2016,100 pregnant women of single birth,pole position,cervical Bishop score<7 scores in our hospitalwere selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the date of admission:pregnant women from June to December 2015 were selected as control group,and pregnant women from January to June 2016 were selected as observation group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given the water sac combined with oxytocin during the labor induction,and the control group was only given the oxytocin during the induced labor.The effect of induced labor of pregnantwomen was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe cervical Bishop score of pregnantwomen in the two groups before induced labour had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);12 h after induced labor,cervical Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Time of induced labor to give birth,first stage of labor,total stage of labor of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of induced labor in the observation group,rate of vaginal delivery was higher than the control group,rate of cesarean delivery was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication ofwater sac combined with oxytocin in the full-term pregnancy induced labor is better than oxytocin alone, can improve the rate of vaginal delivery of pregnantwomen,decrease cesarean section rate,it isworthy of clinical application.
