Clinical effect analysis of m inimally invasive DHS in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy ofminimally invasive dynamic hip screw (DHS)in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods64 cases of elderly patientswith femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital clinic from January to June 2016 were selected as research targets.Patientswere divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)by random number table.The observation group was givenminimally invasive DHS surgery treatment and the control group was given traditional DHS surgery treatment.Clinical data of operation condition,postoperative complication and Harris hip scores between two groups were compared after postoperative followed up for 1 month.ResultsThe operation time,intraoperative blood loss and the length of incision in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The postoperative nonunion and avascular necrosis of femoral head in the observation group was respectively 0 cases,2 cases of postoperative wound infection;2 cases of nonunion,1 cases of avascular necrosis of femoral head,3 cases of incision infection after operation was in the control group.The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 6.25%,lower than 18.75%in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).In Harris hip scores,the excellent rate of the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConculsionAs for femoral intertrochanteric fracture,minimally invasive DHShas the advantage ofminimal trauma and a low occurrence of complication,and it isworthy of clinical promotion.
