Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between serum Fractalkine levels and uric acid,blood lipid.M ethods 58 patientswith hyperuricemia(HUA)in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the HUA group,32 healthy persons of the matching of age and residence in the same period were selected as the NC group. ELISA method was used to detect the level of serum Fractalkine in the two groups,and the other related biochemical indexes were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The level of serum Fractalkine in the HUA group was higher than that in the NC group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The level of serum Fractalkine was positively correlated with uric acid and blood lipid(r=0.287,P<0.01).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that serum uric acid was themost significant factor affecting Fractalkine(β=0.058,P<0.01).Conclusion The level of serum Fractalkine is closely related to the level of uric acid,and whichmay be directly or indirectly involved in the pathological process of HUA and othermetabolic diseases.
