Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in operation room nursing practice teaching.M ethods 86 nursing students practiced in operation room of our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and each group was 43 cases.The observation group was given clinical pathway teaching method,and the control group was given traditional teachingmethod.After practice,the theory achievement for graduate from department,operation performance for graduate from department and teaching satisfaction in the two groupswere compared.Results The achievement theory and operation performance for graduate from department in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of teaching satisfaction in the observation group was 95.43%,which was higher than 74.41%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The working attitude,the basic operation skills of the operation room,the degree of surgical coordination skill and the degree of satisfaction with the teachingmethod in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using clinical pathway teachingmethod in teaching can enhance the clinical nursing teaching quality of operation room,and nurse students are satisfied with teaching.
