Effect observation of aerosol inhalation combined with laser therapy in the treatment of asthmatic disorder in children |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of aerosol inhalation combined with laser therapy treating asthmatic disorder in children. Methods From February 2013 to February 2015,130 children with asthmatic disorder treated by our hospital were selected as research group and evenly divided into two groups in random.In control group,compound ammonium bromide solution and budesonide suspension was used,while in observation group,on the basis of control group, laser therapy of dual wavelength optical fiber was added.Disappearance time of wheezing rale and moist rale,panting, and coughing,hospital stay,and level of immune globulin indexes including IgM,IgA,and IgG was observed and compared respectively. Results In observation group,disappearance time of wheezing rale,moist rale,panting and coughing, and hospital stay [(3.08±1.15)d,(2.72±0.93)d,(3.85±0.46)d,(5.36±1.65)d] was shorter than that in control group[(4.76±1.58)d,(4.04±1.35)d,(5.33±1.22)d,and(7.59±2.03)d respectively,which displayed statistical difference(P<0.01).In observation group,IgM,IgA,and IgG [(1.65±0.45)g/L,(2.78±0.55)g/L,and(10.76±1.56)g/L] was higher than that in control group [(0.98±0.32)g/L,(1.75±0.41)g/L,(7.87±1.30)g/L],which displayed statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation combined with laser therapy can enhance alleviation of symptoms and signs and improve immunoresistance in the treatment of asthmatic disorder in children.
