Investigation analysis on psychological health status of primary hospital staff of Yongchuan district in Chongqing city |

Abstract Objective To explore the psychological health status of primary hospital staff of Yongchuan district in Chongqing city. Methods 604 primary hospital staff from July 2014 to December in Yongchuan district of Chongqing city were selected as the research group,the questionnaire survey were carried out by using symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90),and the psychological health status was analyzed. Results The total score of SCL-90 and the factor score such as somatization,anxiety and depression in 604 primary hospital staff was lower than that in the national norm score,with significant difference(P<0.05).The factor score of hostility in the male primary hospital staff was lower than that in the female,with significant difference(P<0.05). The factor score of anxity in primary hospital stsff above the age of 35 was higher than that from 18 to 35 years old,with significant difference(P<0.05).The was significant difference in the total score of SCL-90 and thefactor score of such as interpersonal sensitivity,delusion,depression,hostility,anxiety and obsessive-compulsive of the primary hospital staff between the different seniority(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the factor score of interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,anxiety and additional items between different professional title(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total score of SCL-90 and the score of other factor between different positions. Conclusion The primary hospital staff of Yongchuang District in Chongqing city have a higher level of psychological health,however,there is significant difference in different gender,age,seniority,professional title and position.
