Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of family token system in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children.Methods A total of 80 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treated in the Department of Psychology,Shenyang Children′s Hospital from January to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random paper method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The routine rehabilitation of control group were used,the family token system of observation group were used.The attention deficit hyperactivity disorder rating scale scares,reaction control and comprehensive attention were compared before and after intervention in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of children in the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the attention,hyperactivity and impulse scores of children in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the response control and comprehensive attention scores were higher than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The attention,hyperactivity and impulse score of children in observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the reaction control and comprehensive attention were higher than those of the control group,the total clinical effective rate of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family token system in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children,which could improve clinical system of children,increase attention and reaction control,the effect is obvious,it is worth to be used.
