Abstract：Objective To study the forming process of Xuanzhi Granules.Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the key factors affecting the formation of Xuanzhi Granules,taking the forming rate,moisture absorption rate and angle of repose as indicators,multi-index weight comprehensive score was used to optimize the forming process.Results The best forming process:the volume fraction of ethanol was 95%,the ratio of the amount of concentrated liquid(g)to the amount of dextrin(g)was 1∶1.3,and the ratio of the amount of concentrated liquid(g)to the amount of lubricant(mL)was 1∶0.2.Conclusion This process has high repeatability,simple and easy control,high feasibility,and excellent product quality,which is conducive to the actual production of Xuanzhi Granules.
