Abstract：The management of high-concentration electrolytes in primary medical institutions is improved to promote safe medication use and reduce the occurrence of errors in high-risk medication use.The PDCA management tool is used to standardize high-concentration electrolyte management systems, develop high-concentration electrolyte catalogues, standardize and homogenize all aspects of high-concentration electrolytes through a multi-sector coordination mechanism.A high-concentration electrolyte management standard regarding the safety of patients as the core is established to ensure the safe and rational use of drugs and reduce medication errors.In combination with the hospital′s own medical conditions, the standardized management of high-concentration electrolytes is carried out to ensure the safety of patients.
