Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods One hundred patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery, and patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.The operation time, the amount of bleeding, the time of anal exhaust, and the total incidence rate of postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of patients with colorectal cancer in the experimental group ([142.19±27.59] min)was shorter than that in the control group ([158.49±35.48] min), the amount of bleeding ([132.47±38.59] ml) was significantly less than that in the control group ([231.45±47.59] ml), the time of anal exhaust ([2.16±0.26] d) was shorter than that in the control group ([3.69±0.47] d), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 2.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (18.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical resection in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer has a good clinical effect.The incidence rate of postoperative complications is low, and it has high application value in clinical practice.
