鼻内镜治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果

摘要目的探讨鼻内镜治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月～2019年6月我院收治的88例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者作为研究对象，根据患者意愿分为对照组（44 例）与观察组（44 例）。对照组患者采用常规手术治疗，观察组患者采用鼻内镜治疗。比较两组的临床效果、手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、各项临床症状评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.45%，高于对照组的79.55%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的手术时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，VAS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的面部疼痛、嗅觉障碍、鼻塞、鼻内分泌物、头晕头痛等症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的并发症总发生率为4.55%，低于对照组的18.18%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者接受鼻内镜治疗，能够有效改善患者的鼻腔症状，提高治疗效率，且手术创伤小，术后并发症少，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods Eighty-eight patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group (44 cases) and observation group (44 cases) according to their wishes.The patients in the control group were treated by routine operation, and the patients in the observation group were treated by nasal endoscopy.The clinical effect, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, clinical symptom scores, and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.45%, which was higher than that in the control group (79.55%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and VAS score was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of facial pain, olfactory disturbance, nasal obstruction, nasal secretion,dizziness and headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than that in the control group (18.18%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of nasosinusitis with nasal polyp by nasal endoscopy can effectively improve the symptoms of the nasal cavity, improve the treatment efficiency, and the surgical trauma is small, and the postoperative complications are few, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
