Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection combined with Sodium Valproate in the prevention and treatment of epilepsy seizures after craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 439 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the time of admission, the patients were divided into treatment group (220 cases) and control group (219 cases). The treatment group was given Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection and Sodium Valproate after admission. The control group was treated with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection only. After one month of treatment, the total incidence of epilepsy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of epilepsy in the treatment group was 9.55%,which was lower than that in the control group (21.46%),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group (10.50%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection combined with Sodium Valproate has a good prevention and treatment effect on epilepsy seizures after craniocerebral trauma, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
