Abstract：Objective To investigate the detection value of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)in peripheral blood of patients with different types of lymphoma.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with lymphoma diagnosed in our hospital from January to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,the EBV in peripheral blood was detected by PCR,and the positive expression of EBV in different types of lymphoma and different clinical stages was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of EBV-DNA in T,NK/T cell-derived lymphoma patients (72.0%)was higher than that in B cell-derived lymphoma patients(40.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The positive expression rate of EBV-DNA in patients with Ann Arbor stageⅠ-Ⅱ (34.4%)was significantly lower than that in patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳ (62.5%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of EBV-DNA in peripheral blood of patients with different types of lymphoma is different.Detection of EBV-DNA in peripheral blood can be used as an important reference index to evaluate the prognosis of lymphoma and has certain clinical value.
