Abstract:Exogenous lipid pneumonia is a rare and severe pneumonia. It is of great significance for timely clinical treatment to detect and diagnose it in time. Through participating in the diagnosis and treatment of 5 children with acute exogenous lipid pneumonia, the clinical data, imaging characteristics, treatment and prognosis were discussed and analyzed. It was concluded that early chest X-ray or CT examination plays an important role in the timely detection and diagnosis of children′s acute exogenous lipid pneumonia. Bronchoalveolar lavage combined with local ICS and shortterm intravenous glucocorticoid therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the cure rate.
