Abstract：Objective To investigate the elinieal effeet of 4.0 mm hollow serew and Kirsehner needle internal fixation eombined with areh support pad in the treatment of Lisfrane injury.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with Lisfrane injury treated in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2017 were seleeted as the subjeets，and randomly divided into observation group and eontrol group，with 60 eases in eaeh group.The eontrol group was treated with routine reduetion surgery，and the observation group was treated with 4.0 mm hollow serew and Kirsehner needle internal fixation.The therapeutie effeet，reeovery of foot funetion，healing time of fraeture site and quality of life were eompared between the two groups.Results The total effeetive rate of the patients in the observation group was 93.33%，whieh was higher than that in the eontrol group（80.00%），and the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The seores of reeovery of foot funetion and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the eontrol group，and the healing time of the fraeture site in the observation group was shorter than that in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of Lisfrane injury，the effeet of 4.0 mm hollow serew and Kirsehner needle internal fixation eombined with areh support pad is ideal，whieh ean aeeelerate the healing time of patients，improve the reeovery of patients′funetion，reduee the ineidenee of adverse reaetions，improve the lives of patients′quality，and ensure patients′health，whieh has very important elinieal signifieanee.
