Abstract:Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of simultaneous inoculation of live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine and live attenuated varicella vaccine. Methods A total of 180 children vaccinated from April 2016 to August 2017 were selected as study objects. The children were divided into groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ by random sampling principle, and there were 60 children in each group.Children in groupⅠreceived a combined vaccination:live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine and live attenuated varicella vaccine, while children in groupⅡreceived vaccination alone:live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine, and children in groupⅢreceived only vaccination alone:live attenuated varicella vaccine. Results After 3 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the total fever rate at different time after inoculation in children among three groups(P>0.05).During the follow-up period of 3 months, there were no adverse reactions such as herpes zoster, anaphylactic shock, varicella syndrome and angioedema in the three groups of vaccinated children. Conclusion Compared with individual vaccinations, there was no significant difference in children′s adverse reactions compared with the combined live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine and live attenuated varicella vaccine compared with vaccine alone. The safety of the combined vaccination was higher and it was suitable for application and promotion.
