Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of influenza. Methods A total of 127 patients with influenza treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group(n=57)and the observation group(n=70)according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional anti-virus Chinese medicine and the observation group was given Oseltamivir Phosphate. After treatment, the total effective rate, the remission time of fatigue and nasal congestion, fever abatement time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate in the observation group(90.0%)was higher than that in the control group(66.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time of fatigue([33.6±3.5]h)and nasal congestion ([27.3±3.4]h),and fever abatement time ([10.8±2.2]h)in the observation group were respectively shorter than those in the control group([45.8±3.7],[38.2±4.3],[24.2±3.5]h),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of influenza can effectively relieve fatigue, nasal congestion and other symptoms, and accelerate the fever abatement time. The overall effect is significant, and there are fewer adverse reactions.
