Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish method of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)for dectecting content of 10 heavymetals(Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Cr,Mn,Co,Sb and Mo)and hazardous elements in Safflower.MethodsSafflower from different habitats were selected.After nitric acid preprocessing,microwave digestion method was used to make samples.In this study,ICP-MSmethod was used for the determination the content of the 10 heavymetals of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Cr,Mn,Co,Sb,Mo and hazardous elements in each samples from January to December,2017.ResultsThe average recovery (n=6)of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Cr,Mn,Co,Sb and Mo were 100.8%,98.7%,96.5%,94.8%,102.1%,101.4%,103.0%,99.2%,97.4%and 98.6%,the average recovery rate of 10 heavy metals was from 95.8%to 103.0%,the range was acceptable.The RSD of the precision testwere 0.4%,0.9%,0.7%,0.6%,0.2%,0.8%,0.9%,0.7%,0.6%and 0.5%respectively.And the RSD of repeatability test were 1.2%,1.6%,2.4%,2.7%,1.9%,0.8%,1.2%,1.8%,2.1%and 1.6%respectively.The content detection of 10 heavymetals detecting shown that content detection of Cd exceede the standard in part area of Henan,Sichuan and Zhejiang Province,and content detection of Cu exceede the standard in Jianyang City of Sichuan Province,Lijiang City of Yunnan Province and Tacheng City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and content detection of Mu exceede the standard in Changji City,Tacheng City,Hetian City and Hami City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,content detection of Cr exceede the standard in Yanjing City of Henan Province,Cixi City of Zhejiang Province and Nantong City of Jiangsu Province.ConclusionICP-MS used in this study is accurate and high sensitive,which can be used for detecting content of 10 heavymetals and hazardous elements and safety assessment in Safflower.
