Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze on the effect of Montelukast combined with Pulmicort on airway hyper-reactivity in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods From March 2016 to July 2017,a total of 98 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The random number table method was used to divide them into reference group and combination group, with 49 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine antibiotic treatment and the combination group was treated with routine antibiotics+Montelukast+Pulmicort treatment. The related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the mutation rate of peak expiratory flow(PEF),serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)and interleukin-6 (IL-6)levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, while the mutation rate of PEF,TNF-α and IL-6 in the combination group were lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The distribution of comprehensive efficacy and the total effective rate in the combination group were significantly different from those in the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional antibiotics treatment in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, the Montelukast combined with Pulmicort can improve airway hyper-reactivity,significantly control the inflammatory response and enhance the comprehensive curative effect.
