风险管理在种植牙护理中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨风险管理在种植牙护理中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月前往韶关市口腔医院进行种植牙手术的患者120例，随机分为对照组与观察组各60例，其中对照组采取常规护理法，观察组采取风险管理干预方法。将两组案例的风险事件发生率、患者满意度及服务质量等价值效果进行比较。结果观察组的风险隐患发生率明显低于对照组；观察组的患者满意度为85%，高于对照组的21.67%（X2=48.35，P＜0.05）；观察组的护理质量分值为（81.5±0.2）分，高于对照组的（60.1±0.3）分，差异有统计学意义（t=111.67，P＜0.05）。结论在种植牙手术的护理过程中实施风险管理有助于减少风险隐患的发生概率，提高护理质量，改善医患关系。

Abstract：Objective To explore the value effect of risk management in the application of dental implantation nursing.Methods 120 patients who conducted dental implantation in Shaoguan stomatological hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing and patients in observation group were used risk management intervention method.Value effect contained incidence rate of risk events，patient satisfaction and service quality were compared between two groups.Results The incidence rate of risk hazards in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group.The patient satisfaction was 85% in observation group，obvious higher than that was 21.67% in control group （X2=48.35，P＜0.05）.The value of nursing quality in observation group was (81.5±0.2)，higher than that was (60.1±0.3) in control group.the difference statistical significance (t=111.67，P＜0.05).Conclusion Conducting risk management during the nursing of dental implantation operation is helpful to reduce the incidence rate of risk hazards，enhance nursing quality and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
